Personal Goals Be Like Nike


As the title states, be like Nike. You may ask why, but if you are close in age, then you know what this means; Just Do It. Personal goals will never be hit if you procrastinate. Whether or not you are scared of failing or you use the "no time", if you are not accomplishing small steps to reach your goals you will not accomplish anything.



In order to fix the procrastination problem, no matter the excuse, use these tips. Just so you know, I use the word excuse and not the word reason because there is no reason for you not to make effort towards hitting your goals. These tips in this article are not just for one type of goal, but they can be applied to any goal from losing weight all the way to writing the next blockbuster. It all begins with steps.



1. Make a list of the large goals you would like to hit in your life time.
2. Take one goal at a time and make smaller goals or steps that you will need to do or make in order to reach the larger goal.
3. JUST DO IT!!!

Yes, it is that simple. It is easier to think of it in the smaller steps than the larger picture when the goal is big. You need to concentrate on your next step, and only on the bigger picture when you need a little extra oomph to get the steps done.
